Costa Blanca

Costa Blanca is the name given to the coast and beaches of the province of Alicante, in the Spanish Autonomous Community of Valencia. Located in the south east of Spain, it basks in more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, with an average rainfall of around 20 days per year. As one of Europe's main tourist destinations, its golden beaches, clear skies, challenging golf courses and delicious gastronomy attract many visitors for holidays and round year living.

Whether you are looking for relaxation, sports, nightlife or to soak up historical sights, Alicante has it all. The region offers everything from Arabic fortresses, to national parks, stunning coastlines and traditional white towns.

Over the next 5-10 years, numerous golf, tennis, spa, marina and leisure resorts will be built, and the average property values rise every year.  Capital appreciation on the new resorts, from inception to completion, is excellent.

The Costa Blanca is serviced by its own international airport, Alicante airport as well as the international airports of Murcia-San Javier and Valencia. Alicante airport is easily reached within 2½ hours from most UK and most European cities. A further airport is under construction in the adjacent Region of Murcia. The region also benefits from excellent sea, road and rail links.
