The Villamartin development is located on the Orihuela Costas and is built around one of the most prestigious golf courses in the Spain.  It has all the amenities you would expect to find at such a resort, with panoramic view of the Mediterranean.  There are several commercial areas with a variety of shops and supermarkets and numerous plazas with a selection of bars and restaurants.

The golf course was designed by Paul Putman and opened in 1972.  It is not too long, and is well adapted to the natural surroundings and terrain. The excellent design of the course offers wide variety of all 18 holes giving enthusiasts the chance to enjoy using all 14 clubs from their bags.

For those not interested in golf, the beautiful sandy beaches and the warm waters of the Mediterranean are only ten minutes drive away.  The beaches of the Costa Blanca are plentiful and diverse ranging from isolated coves for secluded sunbathing to vibrant beaches full of life with beach bars and restaurants.  Here you will find all kinds of water sports including paragliding, diving, wind surfing, jet skiing, sailing and fishing.
